The i3 America Coalition and the Innovative Infrastructure Investing (i3) initiative is an attempt to architect a very forward leaning and thinking project intended to change the relationship our communities have with government and the Private sector. Our thinking must evolve to think of reinventing our Infrastructure not simply repairing it. The NCAAO are one of the many architects of this new pyridine. Together we can increase opportunity and competitiveness here at home.

The Innovative Infrastructure Investing (i3)

Is and initiative intended to create employment opportunities and grow business opportunities in and for the private sector especially cities that are the nuclease to their individual regions, area that are densely populated, and have high resource intensive communities. In doing this we can create “World Class” cities. In cities such as Philadelphia, Boston, Los Angela, San Francisco and Houston i3 would compliment these cities rich history with the most modern and technological infrastructure on the planet, giving new mean to the term "thriving metropolis".i3 would create true international cities and more modernized regions. i3 is a 10 year, 700 Billion dollar public investment project. i3 will be one of the most comprehensive public works projects in the history of the United States. The i3 project was conceived to create employment and business opportunities by developing a mechanism to elevate and enhance all aspects of our regions infrastructure: economic, social and structural. The consensus is: the most efficient way to promote the region is to begin by strengthening our regional economy.

Our thinking: Only through unprecedented partnership by the business, government and the community can we effectively approach and seize these opportunities. From a tax standpoint and an energy expense perspective i3 will lower the cost of almost every aspect of our everyday lives and allow the region to lower the cost of businesses to do business.
